Flowers sent to room

Ok I need a little bit of help here... It's my wife and I's 5 year wedding anniversary on July 21st and will be checking in to Hilton Bonnett Creek. I am ordering flowers from pro flowers and want to have them sent up to the room. Has anyone had an experience here with ordering something and having it sent up to the room. I would like for my wife not to know. We are planning on checking in early, even if the room isn't ready, so we can hang out by the pool. I would imagine I would have to let the front desk know. I'm just not too sure on exactly how to go about this. Any insight would be appreciated
