Kelli, I received the paper bag albums that I purchased, now what am I going to do with them? :rotfl:

(Sorry Joanne, more scrap talk, and I was thinking of posting a recipe too :rolleyes1 )

I hope with all this talk you all are getting alot of scrap work done. ;)
Then you're going to gain weight from eating what you cook & bake. :rotfl:

:lmao:

I haven't figured out what to do with mine just yet. I guess I need to look thru some pictures and see what type of theme I want to go with and than work that way.

Ash's Clipboard is done and turned out so cute.

If you want to know what to do with the paper bags give them them to me,
I use them to carry my lunch in. :teeth:

I made this recipe last week, and because blueberries are so good, and inexpensive right now, I'll probably make this again today. (I half the recipe so that it makes a 9x9 pan)

Blueberry Crumb Bars

INGREDIENTS
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shortening (I use butter)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
4 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 3 cups flour, and baking powder. Mix in salt and cinnamon, if desired. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend in the shortening and egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat half of dough into the prepared pan.
In another bowl, stir together the sugar and cornstarch. Gently mix in the blueberries. Sprinkle the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust. Crumble remaining dough over the berry layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is slightly brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

That sounds good.

I would love to find a blueberry u-pick place.

Do they have those here? When we lived in Maryland, I would go to the u-pick strawberries place.

I know they have strawberry somewhere in Bradenton. I am going to see what I can find.

They are already sewn and punched right?

Yep, they are ready to go. They are certainly cheap enough, once I have finished these, I'll probably buy from her again. I bought some ribbon on clearance at Joann. Now I just need to decide what photos to put in them.

Very cool.

Me and Jen are booked, but I forgot to have the GG# with me, they let me book through GG's and I'll have to add it today.

You guys were chatty last night!
