I think if I had one wish I think it would be to strike every man on the planet just once with a "monthly visitor" and all of the wonderful water weight, bloating, cramps, headache, backache and moodiness that goes with it. Oh heck just for fun I would throw in some morning sickness, swollen ankles, and labor pains.

If that were to happen science would have spent a fortune years ago to find a way men wouldn't have to go through it.
