You know, I think you are right about DTDs opening time, that would make sense because I remember the boats at POFQ didn't start running to DTD until 10:00. Definitely wouldn't be worth it to head over there for just an hour!

DTD opens at 9:30. Buses run earlier than that due to the BBB appts. at WoD. Again, I have no idea about the times for the balloon though. Hope that helps a little!

It's a sickness......truly it is........

Some of you are addicted to VB bags, me, I'm addicted to shoes I've worn my Keen's a couple of times over the last week just to get used to them and see how they feel. I love them! And think they are going to be the perfect park shoe.

Then, I got to thinking that it might be nice to have a pair of Keen sandals to take as well, they'd be cooler than the Newports, but probably almost as easy to walk in all day. I began shopping them and had it narrowed down to two different styles.

The Waimea H2, in Rice Bag (funny name for a sandal isn't it!)

And, the St. Bart's Leather, in Peppercorn/Hollyberry

Only problem was, I couldn't make up my mind.........



Soooooooo, I ordered them both!

They shipped yesterday, I should have them by the end of the week. Woo Hoo! I love new shoes!!

Don would love for me to get over this sickness and pass it on to someone else! I ordered them from keenfootwear.com they are a little pricey so I hope I like them as much as the other pair that I bought. Size wise, I would say that they are about normal. Typically I wear a 7 1/2 and that is what the Newports are that I already bought, so that's the size I ordered the sandals in as well.

A girl can never have too many pairs of shoes! Of course, Don is going to flip IF he figures out that I bought 4 new pair in the last week. Is it bad that I have so many, that I really don't think he will notice?

I think I'm leaning towards going to the MK for a couple of hours that last morning. Mom is coming over tonight for dinner so we'll put our heads together and see what we can come up with.

Yay! I'm glad to hear that they are comfortable, I figured they would be, but you just never know until you try them on.

I am getting a little worried about having enough room in my suitcase for all the shoes. Of course, I am flying SW, if I have to check another bag it won't cost me anything. Wonder if I should call ME and ask them to send me another yellow tag just in case?????

I'm assuming that they do, the Keen Newports that I have do, so I would think that the sandals do as well. Maybe Jennifer or Tracy can answer this since they already have them. Girls???
