We leave for WDW in 5 days, woohoo! I know the F&G is going on at Epcot right now, but what I didn't know was that food was involved with that. We went during F&G about 7 years ago, and I don't remember food from that, but I am seeing pictures from people there recently who have been able to try various types of food. Can someone fill me in on this a little bit more, please? Thanks!

Just back from F&G. The food booths are nice, some to miss & some to hit. Not as plentiful as the booths during F&W. Best food my DH got was the Tilapia with a ghost pepper sauce, and the pulled pork sliders in the America section. Of course DSis & I loved the margaritas. We tried to find something at every booth to try so we could get our passport book stamped.

mmm margaritas are always a win :)

How are the lines for the booths? Does it get crowded or stay pretty spread out?

We went last Wednesday and the crowds weren't bad. The biggest line we ran into was for the sliders & the stuff in France.

The watermelon, kale & feta salad with balsamic vinaigrette was very good! So were the watermelon passion fruit slushies.

I was there Easter Week. I saved all my snack credits to use at the F&G booths for lunch one day. The lines were not bad at all. Longest one was 4 people deep in Mexico, but they were running 2 registers so it went quickly.

I really liked the Taco de Pastor, the Seafood Ceviche, the Burnt Ends Brisket and the Kung Pao Chicken Bun. I added a couple of specialty drinks (pomegranate margarita and a vodka slush) and a spa water to round it out. It was such a fun lunch!

Well now I'm hungry, haha.

Thank you guys for your help. We are staying at the Swan, so maybe we'll plan on doing a couple lunches at the booths even on our "off park" days.

We went last Saturday and the lines weren't bad at all. Nothing like what we're accustomed to at F&W. I think we waited at most 2 minutes.

My favorite item was the Kung Pao chicken bun in China.

My favorite drink item was the Grand Marnier push pop in France. It was messy but worth it.
