I'd like to visit during Flower & Garden festival but am finding it difficult to pick a week that would be the least intense crowd wise. I don't want to visit during Spring break or any holidays. Can someone please recommend a good time to visit during this festival? I don't mind the heat as long as it's not wall to wall people. I'd be going during the week.

I was there last year during the first week of March and crowds weren’t too bad. I was with a school band trip so time in the parks was at a few hours at a clip. Lines were definitely manageable.

We were there mid April last year. the weather was good and the crowd wasn't too bad and the heat hadn't really started yet.
Just don't do it on a weekend.
We were there in 2017 the 2nd week of May and it was fabulous weather-wise and crowd-wise :)
I hope you are right as thats when we will be there this year.

It was definitely warmer than anticipated, but still a really great time to go :) good luck!

I went during the week Mid-late March in 2018 and it was awesome. With the later Easter time period this year some spring breaks may be later so March could be a good time to go.

We went last year, starting on Mother's Day, and stayed for 10 days. The first of the trip was definitely less busy to us than the last few days. That being said, there was a TON of rain so I think that helped some of the crowds a little. We are going again during this time and hoping for the same scenario, minus a little of the rain! I actually enjoyed some of the rain as it really helped to cool off.

Early May is pretty good crowd-wise but the weather can be really hit or miss. We've gone end of April/first week of May twice and the first time was great for crowds and weather (though it was hot at Epcot with the open paved areas). Second time it rained consistently 5 of the 7 days.

Watch mid-April since Easter is late this year (April 22). We are going the week after Easter Week (from April 27-May 4) and it doesn't look to be too bad.

We always go to WDW around the 3rd or 4th week of May, and have been to the F&G festival many times. We always have decent crowds. nothing unmanageable. Always better to go during the week (M-TH), but weekends are good too. If going on weekend, try to hit attractions/booths earlier in the day as the crowds pickup in the afternoon/evening, especially the drinking crowd :)

We just booked for May of 2020, chose May 6 - May 15. Will be watching this May to get an idea of weather, but not crowds. Galaxy's Edge will be open by 2020, all bets are off on crowd levels.

Anyways, we would be booking May this year if we were going, so I vote May!

We're going pretty much the same week, April 25-May 2nd. We won't be doing Epcot til a day in the 2nd half of our trip. Hoping for a beautiful blue sky day!
