Flower and Garden question

I am really sorry to do this but I can not seem to find the thread where someone posted there designs for flower and garden then two threads I looked at were not the same ones I seen a while back. The flower and garden theme was on a name tag but did not say What will you celebrate and had different characters on them like eeyore, pooh tigger etc. If someone could just give me link to this thread I would appreciate it so as not to get another long one possibly started just would love to make request. thanx bunches!!!!
