In Iowa summer, the hottest hours are between 2PM and 6PM, then cool off (if it is not 100% humidity!). At the end of May, what do you consider the hours to avoid??

I'd say 12-3, but in July, Heck, 11-4. It's ALWAYS humid here. The air is so stiff you can almost cut it!
