Tornado report from earlier..in South Brevard...Floridana Beach. A woman sitting in her bed watching tv and a tornado pulled the second story of her home off and sat it on A1A.

She's fine and has no injuries. WOW.

Only a few months but I was always up in NJ, even in teh summer LOL!

Clermont weather update-- Bright blue skies accented with fast moving clouds that are quickly dissapating. Still VERY windy up on the hill here, I'd say probably at least 30 mph, the wind is gusting constantly, and occasionally roaring.

Here's a link to the local paper. You might try googling sarasota county and see if there's anyhting there. Siesta Key (Sarasota) is pretty far north of where the hurricane hit so things should not be too bad. Even in Naples, the newer building sustained little damage.

Whew...the rain has stopped!! It is still quite windy, but you call tell it is dying down as time goes on. YAY!!
