Has anyone stayed there within the last year? We will be there in July, in a three bedroom with kids.

We stayed there last Saturday (24th Mar). We also had a 3 bedroom. the resort is quite new. The rooms were nice, flat screen TV in the main living room. Full kitchen, w/ dishwasher. Also had a washer / drier for clothes. 2 swimming pools, 1x was small and just a pool, the other had some water fountains / slides, etc. in it. They have a temporary entrance, which I believe will be moved once everything is completed?

The reason I mention the temporary entrance, is that there was no 24 hour security on the entrance coming in, and I had quite a wake up call (0550), when a car alarm went off. Looked out the window (we were on the 5th floor) to see some thieves had broken a car window and had stolen a DVD player from a Jeep SUV parked in the lot. I called it into security, but thieves were long gone by then. (They "security" didn't react very quickly in my opinion.) Come to find out, they had broken into another vehicle in a different building the same evening / early morning.

I guess this could happen anywhere, but both the DW & I like the warm & fuzzy feeling of having 24 hour entrance security. I'm sure if you don't leave anything in your vehicle, you probably have nothing to worry about; but it does make you wonder if this is / was a regular occurance.

Bottom line, we got a good day rate on the room, but doubt that we would ever stay there again.
