We decided to take advantage of being able to use our seasonal pass
at Animal kingdom during the normal blackout time. We needed a little
Disney magic during the hot summer. My daughter, mother and I decided
to go for a day.
We have have been to AK several times before and already knew of
the shortcomings......but we needed a Disney fix!
To our pleasant surprise we HAD A GREAT TIME!
The crowds were not bad at all. We arrived around 10:00 am and practically
walked on the Safari. Many animals were out and even the lioness was
walking around.
The only wait we had was at Dinosuar and we got a FP for about an hour
later. We went to see Tarzan Rocks while we waited to go on the Dinosaur ride.
Tarzan Rocks should be Tarzan stinks! What is the purpose of this show?
Maybe I just do not get it. We saw Lion KIng later and that was GREAT!!!
It was not too hot because it was overcast most of the day.
We will be going make to Disney in September and can thankfully go to
all the parks.
