florida resident seasonal pass question

we have the seasonal passes this year, and last night I was on allears.net and it says that the blackout ended on July30, 2004 that it was reduced from august 19th, which is the date on disneys website, anyone know which is correct? I'd love to run up this weekend

Blockout is over, have fun! It was a change to drum up business since schools went back so early in August.
