Florida Resident Annual Pass Question

I live in Missouri but my sister lives in Orlando. If I was to buy a Florida Resident annual pass from Universal and use my sisters address would I be able to get it? I have heard that some people are able to just order the passes online and then pick them up at the electronic ticket booths by just swipping the card you put them on. So with me living in Missouri, does anyone know if I would just be able to get my tickets from the electronic booth and then sign my name on the back and go in the park without showing any kind of proof of residency?

I've searched online and it's a mixture of answers to my question. As long as I don't have to show any proof of residency I think I should be good. Does anyone know before or have tried to do this?

Florida residents can buy tickets (up to 6 tickets, I think) for friends and family. The people they buy them for do not have to be FL residents. If she orders online and picks them up at the kiosk or chooses print-at-home tickets, then she won't need her ID. She will need FL ID if she picks the tickets up at Guest Services Will-call window. The person buying the tickets must be a FL resident but her guests do not have to be. So she may have to show FL ID but you wouldn't have to.

The Power Pass is the pass that now is only for Florida residents. You do have to prove Florida residency if you buy it at the park. I'm not sure about purchasing online though because normally if you try to purchase Fl resident tickets online with a credit card that does not have a billing address in Fl it does not go through.
