florida discount tickets, how do they know?

I have a co worker who wants to know if his relatives in Florida can purchase tickets for his family when they come to visit? Or do you have to show proof of Florida residence at the gate after the tickets are purchased. I know you have to show proof to obtain them.

Once you obtain your Floridian discount park tickets, how do they know at the gate, if your not a Florida resident. Are the tickets printed with Florida resident card holder?

Can a Floridian resident obtain tickets for you?

I live in Fla. you have to get the tickets at the parks (cant even get thim at the resorts) you have to show Fla. ID when you buy the ticket for every one but small children. I'm sure under 16 but not sure on age. You can not have the ticket put on your hotel key, it is a seperate ticket.

At the gates its like any other ticket you get tied to the ticket with a finger print. you never have to show ID except when you purchase your ticket. So your friend can buy tickets for childen but not any one else.
