Flip Flops on Certain Rides

My family always wears tennis shoes to the parks, so I've never paid attention to what people do when wearing flip flops in certain rides. We're traveling with family who like to wear flip flops and I'm not sure what they do with them at US. At the smaller parks around us they have bins, but I don't remember seeing them at US. Dragons Challenge, Forbidden Journey, Dr Doom and Pteradon Flyer are the only ones I remember where your feet dangle. What do people do at US/IOA with flip flops and are there any other rides we need to be aware of?

Anyway, I've ridden FJ and Pteradon Flyers plenty of times without a problem, no danger of them coming off. For the thrill rides (I'm too chicken to ride ) sitting on them seems to be the best idea.

Yup...that's the best thing to do.

This past week that's what they tell you to do, sit on them. I was told that also with my hat on the coasters.

I always sit on mine as well. I always wear Flip flops to the parks.

Just a reminder to everyone, you MUST have your shoes with you in order to go on a ride- so don't put them in a locker or leave them with a non-rider... they need to be with you!

Note: You MUST wear your flip flops on Rockit. They will not let you sit on them.

FJ is the only ride where I've ever lost a flip flop. It wasn't my fault though. The lady sitting next to me was swinging her feet back and forth with the motion of the ride, squealing and laughing and her foot accidentally caught the back edge of my left flip flop flipping it off my foot. It happened so quick, I couldn't squinch my toes to keep it on. I now sit on mine.
