I believe the pizza delivery goes until 11 PM or midnight.

Depending on how late you are going to be you could grab something at the food court at MCO. If it is going to be late then I would get something from the food court at the airport you are in now.

Sorry about your flight.
I just looked up the delivery times in my Passporter, it is from 4:00pm to midnight. So you should be good with delivery times. Also the food court is open till midnight according to my Passporter. Good Luck with your flight and dinner!!

I'd recommend grabbing something at the airport. You don't know how long you will be in transit to the resort if you're using Magical Express.
