This is more of just a satisfied customer story.
We got a notification that our flight had changed by 10 minutes, no big deal. So then I go to okay it and I see that they added another flight at 6:30 am. When we booked, we booked the earliest flight. So I chatted with an agent and asked if possible to switch to the 6:30 am flight since it wasn't available before (and still keep our first class seats which we got a great deal on) and she did it in about 2 minutes, no cost to us!
I was surprised how easy it was (I realize it doesn't cost to change the same day, but there are always issues!) and thought I'd post about a good customer service experience.
