You should be able to go into your reservation on Delta with the confirmation code and go from there. Every time I've had a codeshare that has how its gone. Air Canada/United, KLM/Air France, Delta/Westjet, Air Canada/Air New Zealand, Qantas/Emirates.

You'll may need a Delta locator code (the six letter/number thing). Try the WJ one, if it doesn't work (and WJ didn't give you a Delta one), you can try looking up your booking using your ticket number instead.

Thanks, I was able to log into the Delta site with my confirmation # and book some seats. I was not able to book exit row seats that were open for some reason? Thanks again for your help!

I’m hating on WJ right now because not only did I have to deal with a cancelled flight this week which meant taking an extra day off work (and pay extra for dog boarding & parking) .. but then they sent an email with a discount for the Extended Comfort seats - but I can’t get get to the manage seats page on either of my bookings - I get “Technical Error” These are bookings where I lost my pre booked seat because of them changing flight schedules (and I took different option than offered) …I called them - and they will not respect the offer via phone, said I had to do it online. Then guest support tried to gaslight me saying they were giving me the discounted price when it was the exact same price the previous agent said was the regular price and that they could not give me the discount because I need to do it online So frustrating!!!

Yea we avoid westjet as they aways lure you in with directs only to change them.

I am hoping to use porter as they have directs to MCO.

We flew Porter at Chrstmas from Toronto and prices were the same, but much better experience we thought. Wifi on plane for free also.

WJ also canceled my direct flight home in September. They had cancelled both direct flights that day. The new flight they booked us on was a day earlier. So would have impacted our resort reservation and plans. I ended up canceling the whole reservation with them and booking AC. It was very frustrating as we were going in ten weeks when they did this.

They tried to do that to me - putting me on a flight the day before. I just went thru the app and chose a different option that worked for me (for free). On one of the flights they changed on me I was able to change to a direct flight I did not book originally due to the cost. You never have to take what they offer and can look at other flights options.
