Anyone booked through Flight Centre of late? I used to use them a lot, years ago, until online bookings began to dominate the market but wondered what they are like to deal with now. I have a general 'rule' that I don't book with companies who advertise phone only bookings, however much of this approach is down to dodgy companies and I know FC have been around for a while. Any thoughts appreciated
