We are flying Southwest Oct 27-Nov 1, we have our tickets purchased, they are non refundable. but now we might not be able to go, anyone know what we can do?
thanks

With SWA you are in better shape than with most other airlines as you can cancel and get all of what you paid as credit for a future flight. Credits do expire, but someone else will have to post the specifics of that. Most other airlines would just give you a credit less $150 "change fee" per ticket.

Nothing really. That is what nonrefundable means.

However, having said that, you did say Southwest.

You will have the value of your tickets available for you to use 1 year from DATE OF PURCHASE for any future travel. Through January, that credit is also transferable, so if you can't fly before the credits expire and you have friends or acquaintances that can use them, you can let anyone use those credits and you can work out what they are worth between yourselves.
