I know this may seem early to ask but we are going to Florida April 2006. I usually buy my tickets the first day available to get the flights I want. ( Have to follow school schedule) I may be able to have Friday before vacation off next year. ( won't know until Sept.1) My question is what are the chances that the evening flight that I want will be full by Sept. if I don't get the day off and will the price probably be higher? Family of 7 and 4 are children.
Easter is that week also.
Thanks for any advice :goodvibes

I've flown over Easter weekend just once before.... I found that for me it was cheaper to fly the Friday before Easter then Saturday, the day before Easter, and for what it's worth I also took an evening flight to MCO.

Unlikely that if you booked a flight in Sept for April that it would already be sold out, I'm just not sure what kinds of fare sales would be running that early. I seem to have the best luck booking airfare 2-3 months ahead of time... but I start watching at the 4 month mark.

It's also a little hard to guage considering the current state of airline fares.... that and you can never tell which airlines will still be around this time next year.
