Hi all

We're off to sunny Orlando in August this year and I'm looking at the various park tickets that are available.

So far I'm looking at Orlando Tickets Direct for Disney & Gatorland passes, but whilst googling I've found that FirstForAttractions offer a free Pirates Dinner Ticket with every FlexTicket purchased.

I've quizzed them and they say that we'll have to pay local taxes and gratuities of about $10 on the night, but when I've checked with another supplier I'm told this figure is nearer $25.

Has anybody bought tickets through this company and does anybody know what the actual price on the night (with the freebie) is likely to be?

Fantastic site by the way.

Regards
Chris

Save your money and DONT do either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gatorland is a crummy, dirty back street dive of an attraction!!!, and the dinner show doesnt seem to get very good reviews, save your money and do something decent like discovery cove.

I completely disagree about Gatorland. We spent a lovely afternoon there, though did get lots of mozzie bites. Well worth a visit.

Hi Chris

Welcome to the DIS

I haven't been to either, but you could always do a search on the board to get some opinions.

If you can, then go to Gatorland. We loved it. OK, so its not as clean and fresh as the big parks but expect that. Its so different from anyplace you'll ever go to. The shows are good. It is called a "half day" attraction, and treat it so. Go there on one of your resting days. We got there at about 1pm and stayed til 5pm. We loved it. Very peaceful park. No rushing about. Its lovely.

We bought our tickets with First For Attractions exactly like you, to get the freebie Pirates show tickets. Dont bother. Complete waste of money. Yes, you have to pay $10 tax per adult and $8 per child. But thats not all it costs!!
No way is it free!! OK, so we upgraded our seats for "front row VIP" and bought a programme. But our bill was still over $125!! We couldnt work out what was going on, the show is so rubbish!! A complete waste of time.

Many thanks for the replies.

I think we're gonna stick with Gatorland and throw Pirates overboard :earboy2: .

Regards
Chris.
