What's your best guess as to who will have access to the waterfront tables during RoL?:)

It's hopefully not a premium spot. I don't recall it having a view of the tree, and any video projection would be backwards (if it's visible at all)

Its my favorite WDW lunch location, but I wouldn't want to watch ROL from there.

I would assume it would be first-come, first-served...as with the tables at Cantina de San Angel in Epcot.

If so,I would think they would have to have some sort of "security" to keep "non-diners" from FLOODING that area as World Showcase Lagoon has SO much more "waterfront" than this very small section of the Discovery River.

It's our favorite spot to eat at AK. We often go to the far "patio" closest to Asia because no one does and we are usually alone .... with the birds. I had thought about this during all this construction and kept wondering if they would slowly close the patios on the water so as FT closes the entire area would be closed off.

I would compare it to watching Wishes from New Fantasyland. Not the same, not the perfect view,
but after seeing it a few times could be quite enjoyable especially with a cocktail or two.

"Dolewhip" and Rum and ......... the backside of water. :cool1:
