FL Tours?

Hi-

I recently made a reservation with FL tours for our upcoming August trip. We've never used a towncar before (always been happy with Mears), but want to try one this trip for the grocery stop so we can buy bottled water.

Anyways, I noticed on my return email that there wa sno confirmation number or anything and that made me nervous. please help reassure me that this is normal and that our experience with fltours will be great.

We had absolutely no trouble with FL Tours last month. They sent us an e-mail before we left (with no confirmation #) and were there right on time to pick us up. Our driver was very polite and friendly and the car was in great condition. They called us at AKL on the day before we left to confirm the pick-up time and they showed up as promised. I probably would have liked to have arrived at the airport a little earlier than we did because we wanted to get something to eat and we only had enough time to pick up the food and get on the plane to eat it. That was our own fault though (I had to go into the Disney Store one last time!). We had plenty of time to get our boarding passes, clear security etc. I hope you have a great trip. I had no complaints about them at all (and neither did my DH which is quite unusual!).

We just got back last week and had a great experience with FL tours. They called to confirm the night before each pickup. Drivers great, car clean, on-time or early!! I don't think I had a confirmation number either, but Idon't remember for sure. I would just reconfirm the week before your trip. They really were wonderful.

We just used FL Tours on 05/23 & 05/26 and they were great. I checked my e-mail, and I didn't receive a confirmation number, only my info I supplied repeated back to check correctness. I also received an e-mail from them 2 days before departure confirming our pick-up & a call @ BWV the night before we left to remind us of our pick-up time the next day. Would definitely use them again!
