ALWAYS get my business!

My wife and I made a trip to Disney for New Years and I tried to save a buck by booking with Orlando City Transportation. (That is who drove me over the Christmas Break because Tiffany overbooked and that’s who they called to get us, in a cargo van even though I paid for a town car, but that’s another story for another day).

So we arrive at the airport at 8:15am. No car. No car until a taxi shows up at 9:15am with my name on the clip board. I didn't pay $80 for a taxi I told the driver and sent him on his way.

At this point, my wife is letting me have it for trying to save a buck. I get the ole cell phone out; FL Tours is programmed in from our cruise last year, call Andy and HE IS THE MAN!

Hello Jeremy, how are you? Not good Andy..... I'll be their in 5 minutes; we have a new office right at the airport.

Andy shows up, the wife calms down and off to our 4 days New Years Eve vacation.

Isn't Andy wonderful! He was right there holding my hand during our Sept trip when my flight was cancelled due to the hurricane. Was able to rearrange, reschedule and everything was fine. In fact, we got two additional days at Disney!

I love FL Tours too. Extremely dependable and friendly drivers. I love that they will stop at a grocery store for you. We usually pick up water, yogurt and milk for the fridge in the room. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would not reccomend FL Tours.
I paid for a "luxury shuttle" and got picked up in an SUV and then was sent a car for the return trip. Neither which would fit 4 comfortably with the amount of bags, stroller,etc that we had.

I do not find this company reliable.

although i know the bad tend to outway the good, i wanted to chime in with another thumbs up for FL Tours. We've used them twice now, and will be calling on them when my ticker hits zero. in fact i've suggested that everyone coming to our wedding use them if they don't want the new magic express.

Another FL Tours lover here ! We have used Andy's company three times with impeccable service! All of our drivers were friendly, professional and on time. They helped with our bags and were excellent,safe drivers. Given the volume of business they do; the positive posts far outweigh the negative. More importantly they are the ONLY transportation company that is a DIS Board sponsor. By supporting them I am supporting these boards and we all know how important that is!
