Hi!

Just booked a car with this company. JUst wondered if our plane gets delayed, do they wait?? Do you have to pay extra?

And when the booking was done it said that our pick up time from the airport would be 7pm. I wrote in when our plane arrives (7pm), should I change that to something later? For extra time to pick up bags etc?

Hi there, it sounds like you did everything right. They say in their website that they will call the airline to confirm that the plane is on time. As far as the 7 PM pick up goes, that is the correct time to put. You should be walking off the plane to get to baggage claim at 7 PM and they should be waiting with a sign in baggage claim and then you will relax and take a deep breath and have a great vacation. Have fun.
