I wanted to post about FL Tours. My mom and I just returned from our trip. This is the first time that either of us used a town car company. Our plane was late leaving St. Louis due to deicing the plane. However, Sam, our driver, was waiting for us in baggage claim. Since we did not check any luggage, we were on our way. We were in a beautiful white town car. Sam helped us with our luggage and got us loaded in the car. I asked if it was still ok for us to stop at the grocery store even though we were late and he was able to accommodate us. We were in the store about 15 minutes since we only picked up soda and a few snacks. Sam was very engaging and funny. He also flattered my mom by asking if we were sisters. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to AKL with Sam. My mom wished she had her camera out to take a picture of him. It was a great way to start our trip!
On our return, Andy was our driver. I mentioned that I was a DISer and he said that we were one big family! (Hi Andy!!) Andy called the night before and confirmed our pick up at BWV for 2:20. We went out to meet him around 10 after 2 and he was already there. We had a nice conversation with him while waiting for our luggage from Bell Services. Andy was a great conversationalist soft-spoken but very articulate. He picked us up in a gorgeous black town car. Both vehicles were very clean and our drivers were both safe drivers.
I would have no hesitation to use FL Tours again. Our drivers were excellent and our experience was great!! If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
