FL Seasonal Pass

Hello -

My parents are FL residents and have seasonal passes.

Are they able to purchase a resident seasonal pass for my DD, who is not a FL resident. (I read on a blog minors don't need proof of address).

My DD and I are making a short trip in May (with my mom). I didn't think my parents had the option to buy her a pass, so I went ahead and bought her a 2 day pass. Would my mom be able to upgrade her ticket to the pass while we are there? We plan to visit again in early Dec (and probably 1 or more times in the next year), so a pass would be a substantial savings.

1) Correctomondo.
2) Kids under 18 do not need proof of residence.
3) We have purchases tickets or AP's for grandkids for many years.
4) When asked, we even list their addresses as Ohio on the pass/ticket.
