FL residents - Windmill Village ??s

We're seriously thinking of retiring to the Orlando area, and have been looking at Windmill Village (just west of WDW) as a possibility. Does anyone have any feedback, positive or negative, about it?

I haven't been there but I did check out their website and it looks pretty nice. Interesting concept of being able to buy the land. I don't see too many parks letting the people who live there do that. If we eventually go into a park, there is no way I would ever just lease the land. I've seen too many places down here get sold and then the folks who live there are just plain out of luck.

BTW, GREAT LOCATION!
