Hi
We have (two) packages for Sept. at POFQ but want to add one night at the end at AKL (9/29) - two rooms, my inlaws and us.

The question I have is: Can I book and pay for two rooms (I am not a FL resident, but my inlaws are).

Then, they would show their ID when we all move to AKL?

Or, does my MIL have to book the one-night-only rooms for us and for them since she is the FL resident?
thanks! :)

Only Florida residents with valid ID can book Florida resident discounts. So they would have to book the rooms under their name and they would have to check in, in order to receive the resident discount.

I decided to check online first and see if there is availability for 9/29 at AKL.
Online there is not !! Oh no!!

I'm on the phone now to check with CRO

There seem to be lots of (online) booking "issues" with AKL lately! That said, maybe your inlaws can make a phone call to CRO and get the ressies at AKL instead. I think rooms are more likely to be available when someone phones for AKL. We're not sure if it's an issue with the computers or just that the construction is wreaking havoc there in regards to booking rooms.

I didn't even mention the FL discount to the CRO. There is no availability at AKL on 9/29 at all.

Uh oh - my flight home is on Sunday and I am currently homeless for Saturday night!

Really wanted to treat my husband to AKL for one resort day and night. Now I gotta decide if I want to (try) to add another day at POFQ or move to another resort. (Or, sleep in the airport! :scared1: )

(thanks for all your help everyone).
