Fl Res Rates - don't give up!

We booked our Pop century for 2/11 with Fl resident rates a little while ago, well my mom called last night and they told her there were no more Fl rate rooms....she stayed on the phone with the CM and nicely argued that he better check again or go to a different screen and after about 30 minutes of going back and forth they "found" one for her!!

So don't give up - be pushy if you have to!
