Five Nights BCV, Four Reservations

So after a lot of time and persistence, I was able to secure five consecutive nights for a 1br at BCV for our October trip. The problem is that the five nights are on four different reservation numbers. So now we have four sets of magic bands coming our way. Will member services combine the reservations to one and just send one set of magic bands? And if not, I’m assuming that they wouldn’t make us check in and out four times, right?
 
As long as all the reservations are for the same room type you can ask for the reservations to be combined if they haven't already been. If they are not combined before your trip you will have to check in everyday and you might have to move rooms.
 
We have had magic bands on our last two trips and for both trips we had combined reservations. (We always have to combine since it usually takes points from both of our contracts for a single stay.) I always call member services and have them combined so we don't have to check in check out. We only received one set of bands for the combined reservations.

You can email Member Services. Give them the reservation numbers and ask them to combine. They've done it for me several times. As long as reservations are for same type/category room.
 
If you don't combine the reservations (or Member Services doesn't do it automatically for you), then you WILL have to go to the front desk and check in for each reservation. If you will have a car, you'll need to get a new parking permit for each reservation.
