hey guys and gals.... longtime lurker.... super appreciative of all of the great info I've gotten off the forums over the years, never really felt to compelled to post, but figured I should register to share info on fitting onto the 7DMT. I am about 5'10", and probably fall somewhere around 320-ish with most of it carried around my middle (i'd guess 48" inch waist or so). From all of the posts, I was slightly concerned about riding this, and at best was expecting a bit of a cramped uncomfortable ride (worst being not able to ride at all, obviously).
Anyways, I fit into the seat just fine, the bar came down with no issues, it certainly wasn't roomy, but I wasn't uncomfortable whatsoever. I rode with another adult who is skinnier but taller. The ride is so smooth that you don't really need to worry about slamming into the person you're riding with or anything like that. I'd say if you're ok on Everest, you'll be fine on this.
As far as the ride was concerned, it was kinda meh.... it was fun, and the animatronics were cool, but nothing super mind-blowing or anything like that. As far as coasters are concerned, the only one I'd rank it over is The Barnstormer. I would definitely never wait more than 20 minutes to ride it, myself. I rode Big Thunder directly after, and it made Big Thunder seem extra thrilling. So it's got that going for it.

Definitely worth doing for the experience, but it's probably not going to become anybody's favorite, unless they are just superfans of the Dwarfs.
I'm going to ride it again at night for the night time experience, and then that'll probably be good for me for this trip. Probably going to drop my Sunday fastpasses for it and change em back to Big Thunder. If someone's looking for some Sunday afternoon 7DMT fastpasses, PM me and I'll try and coordinate the drop, if that is what I decide to do.
