Fitness Centers???

My wife and I are arriving at the Poly this week for a six-day stay (first-timers to WDW). I notice the Poly does not have a fitness center. Are we allowed to use the fitness center in any other resort that has one? How does that work? My wife likes to use the treadmill and I use the exercise bike.

Normally you have to pay between five and ten dollars at the different gyms around Disney World. My favorite is either the Beach Club or the Board Walk. Hope it helps,

It's a short walk to the Grand Floridian Spa & Health Club, and you can use the facilities there. They have a fee regardless of whether you are a GF guest or not.
