Fitness and excerise classes

Does anyone know if it costs extra to participate in the excercise and fitness seminars. All I can tell is that they take place in or near the spa. Is that considered spa services?

I don't belive that they cost anything additional. My only word of advice is to sign up early. The classes fill up fast. I didn't know that you had to sign up so I got shut out of every class.
