Fitbit Aria Anyone?

Hi, does anyone have the Aria scale? I'm having a rough time trying to sync it with my Wifi. I've already contacted customer support, but they just keep sending me in the same circle.
I'm stuck on "Wifi Err" when I type in the network password, even though everything is all correct. Think it has to do with having an underscore in my network name?

My Aria does this regardless of where it is in the house and then out of nowhere it will sync. I've just started making mental notes of my weight and typing them in with the app.

I can also sync to my iPhone if I go through the app and force it to sync, but that doesn't always work. I'd love to see how this can be fixed if you find an answer.

It's interesting. I added them both to my Amazon wish list so I remember when I get around to being able to get a fitbit. I'm thinking I'll make it a reward for reaching a mini goal. Just gotta decide what that goal will be..

I need a new scale too. I'm afraid to use my brothers fancy body fat and everything one because its glass. Even though it goes to 350 and I'm not that close to that anymore.

I absolutely love my fitbit and my Aria, even if it's not syncing regularly. I can't recommend them enough, especially now that they've updated the phone app to be a bit more friendly. Having people who see how much (read as: how little) I move some days is pretty motivating to getting off my butt!

I got one this past week. It took me 2 hours to set the stupid thing up.
First off, it doesn't say it in the instructions, but under 'tips and tricks' you need to reset your modem/router. Oh, and the scale is 802.11b for internet, so your wireless router will need to cover that band. If not, you're SOL.

No joke, I had to have the scale sitting on a table DIRECTLY NEXT TO the router in order for it to finally sync up.

Now only I can use it, the website is not sending the email invites to my wife, so she can't use the scale. The email invite aren't being blocked, I've tried sending it to several different email accounts, and none of them were delivered despite the website saying they were.

we synced through our cell phone based on feedback from reviews we read...I haven't had any issues once we did that
