OK guys, best way to transport poles? I am driving an Astro van now and will be loaded down. My dd6's pole is a collapsible barbie pole (which caught the first 3 fish on our first fishing trip ever last year). The others are "real" poles according to my son. LOL I must add that after she caught the first three fish, I offered him the barbie fishing pole.
They come apart into 2 pieces. I am fairly new to this and don't want to arrive with broken poles.
BTW, yes, I bait my own hook, even with worms. So do my 6 and 8 yo girls. dd13, not so much.
