Fish Extender?

We (Me, my husband and our two kids, 6 and 9) have never been on a cruise before and I am trying to figure out what to do (and what not to do).
We are booked on the 4 Night Bahama Cruise on the Disney Dream that leaves March 23rd, 2014 out of Port Canaveral.
Any info and tips you could give me would be appreciated.
I am also trying to figure out how that fish extender gift exchange works. That sounds like fun. There is no thread for that cruise yet on the Meets Forum and I don't want to start it, since I have no idea what I'm doing

Leave LOTS of room to bring things home! We received an unbelievable amount of items on our 3 night FE exchange.

You sign up for a fish extender group. Then you know how many people are participating and how much you need to bring.

Each FE group set up it's own "rules". You need to ask this question over on your cruise meet thread (where your FE should be set up, if they are doing one). Some groups say one gift per room, others say one gift per person, still others say whatever you want to do. Some just do it for kids, others for adults.

You don't just make up some goodie bags to drop off randomly, there's a list.
