Fish Extender

What is The Fish Extender ? I'am going on my 2nd disney cruise in october and would like to get in on the fun!

I used a stocking that I decorated for a Fish Extender for my Dec 08 cruise...it worked great!!!! So, with that in mind....since you're going in Oct...what about using a Halloween pumpkin? You might be able to embellish a regular one with Mickey Ears? Or, if you Princesess...you'll certainly be able to find a Disney Princess trick or treat "pumpkin"...or even a pirate one! Get creative!! My stocking was so much fun to create! It was bright green with pom poms placed as hidden Mickeys...very unusual...no one else had anything like it!!!

The fish extender is something to hold little gifts in from other dis board cruisers. Some people go all out and make personalized gifts to put in otherpeoples fish extenders, others do pictures or lollipops! It is really fun and some people have the greatest ideas! The actual fish is a hook just beside your stateroom door....there are lots of pictures and posts on the board! Good Luck!

If you want to get involved in a fish extender gift exchange, find your cruise date on the cruise meets thread and see if your fellow cruisers are organizing one and sign up. If they haven't organized anything yet, ask if anyone wants to participate in a gift exchange!

Being part of the FE gift exchange was awesome!! It was so much fun to come back to the room and find little surprises!

Thanks for the slideshow!! This will be the first time we've participated in a FE and i've been feeling a little lost, even with reading the great threads. Now I've gotten a few more ideas!!
