First week in Oct....Who will be at Pop????

I noticed there is a Sept. roll call for Pop. I thought it would be neat to do one for Oct.


We will be a party of 4 checking in on the 1st through 11th. Were getting 2 rooms and hoping for a firework view. The closer it gets the more excited I become. I am however afraid to fly and the recent crashes have made me nervous. I will be using magical express and my parents will be renting a car,they are arriving 1 day later. This way we have both options for traveling to the parks and restaurants. I have never stayed on-site and am wondering if I will ever stay off-site after this trip.

Just wondering how much weight gain to expect with the free dining

We will be staying in whatever building they put us in I don't care as we will have our own car and will probally not eat at the food court or utilize the refillable mugs.

Our room window will be decorated in a Halloween / birthday theme ( as Halloween is our FAVORITE holiday )

We're checking in on the 3rd and staying until the 13th. We'll be in the 50's building. We were going for a business trip and then decided just to make it a vacation every day instead. It's been ages since we had a vacation that wasn't for business. DH, DD7, DD4, DS1 and I can hardly wait!! See you guys there-- Christy

Hoping to go Oct 5th - 8th at Pop Century, but unsure what FL Resident rates will be

I am however afraid to fly and the recent crashes have made me nervous.

We always drive and I worry the whole way down and back about having an accident, especially when it's my turn to drive. You're much safer flying.

We'll be at Pop 10/4 - 10/8 before moving to a timeshare for a week. We are taking the kids out of school half a day on Tuesday to make the long drive, so we'll try to be quiet when we get there after midnight.

DS17 is making a college visit on Wednesday, so DH and DS11 will hang out at the resort and rest up. We'll do Pepper Market for lunch and WCC for dinner.

Two days in the parks (I was so bummed the MNSSHP makes the MK close early both days and messes with the EMH schedule) with dinners at Le Cellier and Alfredo's. Saturday we'll probably go to the Pepper Market again for lunch (can you tell it's our favorite), move into our pool house at Summer Bay, then come back to DW for HDD Review.

For the rest of our trip we plan to go over to Busch Gardens once or twice (we have all-parks passes), Sea World at least once (they usually have great Halloween activities), and of course hit the tent sale at the Belz Mall. May try to hit Kennedy Center or Universal if I find a good ticket deal.

We will be there Oct 1-8th...MNSSHP on Thursday, the 6th. Also have free dining and will decorate our windows to keep up with you creative DIS'ers!

Less than 40 days, folks! aw: I just noticed this blue cat's paw and it excited me, because I am from Big Blue Basketball country (wonder if that is why they added this emoticon?!?!) doubt it; we're hated by the rest of the world...

Our trip is paid for, MNSSHP tickets bought & received, have confirmed seats on United for our trip down, rental car ressie, and Disney Dollars for the kids...we are SET!!! And I Can't Wait!!! Less than 40 days until we go....I'm starting to dance right now!!!

We are going to be at Pop for a surprise trip to celebrate my DD's 9th b-day and my friend's DD's 9th b-day. Our daughter's still have know idea. We are all booked and paid for. ADR's are made, and MNSSHP party tickets are hidden away in my planning folder. We will have the following green mickey head in our window.

We'll be checking in on 9/30 (was suppost to be 10/1 but added a day) until 10/9. It will be me, DH, DD & DGM. We will be celebrating DD 5th B-day on 10/4 so watch out for our room. I will be decorating every inch of it that I can!!! Have a great trip everyone hope to see all those Home Depot Mickey's!
