First Trip with Partner

Yo Corbis!

Have you considered how you will decorate your Pop Century hotel window yet? It is never too early to plan.

Somewhere right now, I have a friend who's blood pressure just went up 100 notches!! :rotfl2:

If you're really into good food, and want to save a little money, you can always bring a crock pot, and cook your own food.

And dont you worry about the no dishwasher in the room thing, just rinse it out in the hot tub! :scared1:

You people live to torment me, don't you?

Why don't you tell him to freeze some taco meat and pack it in his checked luggage?

Well, its' only because, when you tell the story, you turn all red and your veins pop out, very fun to watch! ;)

At first I was thinking "what rooms in the POP have hot tubs in them??" Then it dawned on me what hot tub! :lmao::rotfl2:

Oh! Oh! Oh! Wait! You can fill your trash can with ice and put cold cuts and drinks in it. ::yes:: :lmao:

Corbisblue, there are a ton of great places to eat, and all of them have at least a couple of "healthier" choices. You can also request modifications to the dishes to make them healthier, request a substitution of the side dishes, etc. :)

Pretty much what you are doing here, just keep us posted as to what is going on!

I really like the suggestion on the TR Mike... that is something I am regretting I did not do for last vacation when we brought down my brother's family for their first WDW vacation and our first DVC stay... Sure I can write one now but I will miss all the little stuff that's forgotten. The best part of it all is how much closer my hubby got to my brother and his family (and me too in a sense) since there is a 10 year age gap between my bro and I we had lived separate lives and never really had a childhood together.

I just know I'll be certain to write one when hubby and I take my niece who just loved the BLT style with us in the next year or so.

Hmm... I better tell her to start saving money. :rotfl:

Thanks for all the tips! But I don't think I'll be taking any crock pots with me this time haha.

My DP (Disney Partner?) has been planning everything on Google Calendar. While I have been documenting tips/tricks/secrets and lists of things I want to do and see in Evernote. Then I can access it via my phone.

I will keep you all updated with the planning process. It's gonna be a blast :)

I'm also visiting Japan in June with a friend for a month. We are planning on visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea while we are there. I'm already hooked and I haven't even been there yet!

Congrats on the first trip to WDW - its going to be amazing, and I imagine it'll be something special for your other half. I think there's a special kind of magic going back to any of the parks and seeing it all again for the first time through the eyes of a loved one.

And Tokyo too? Wow, put me down as officially jealous. ;)
