First trip, my birthday and Star Wars, yep we are nuts

WARNING!!! First ptr so bear with me. We now take you back to your regular schedule programming. ok now that I got that out of my system.

Welcome to the wonderful and crazy thing called a ptr. Lets get this show on the road.

The Players:
Me: Stacy 33
Husband: Scott 43
Stepson: Christopher 14

Background

I work for public transit company and he works for Southwire. We have been married for about 3 yrs now. We got married in Vegas and that in it self is a crazy story. My step-son is not going with us. He was going but then he decided that he didn't like theme parks any more. I guess going to Sea World about 9 times in 2 yrs did it lol. Also he really doesn't like the big thrill rides either.

Time to go:
Right now we are planning on driving down which is about 20 hr trip. I'm hoping that we got lucky and be able to fly down. Any way the dates are
June 1- 6

Where to lay our head at:
This morning we were going to be stay at Por:FQ. Now my wonderful husband has change his mind once he saw the pic for Por: the Royal Guest rooms. Now this will change again in couple of months so right this is up in the air.

Places to stop and smell the roses aka places to eat:
Right now we only have couple we been looking at we still about 35-40 days out before the 180 day.
1- Sci-Fi Dine-In theater
2- Biergarten
3- Be our guest


Things we to do:
We will be there for Star Wars. That is how I got extra day out of my husband bc of SW. Also the second day we are there will be my birthay Right now I don't have clue what we are going to do.

I guess this is good start for now. I'm really just playing the waiting game. When Disney puts out the hrs for june and when get my crazy adr done I will be back to update.

Ahhhh~Star Wars Weekends!!!!!!!!!!! We are for Star Wars!

PO Riverside is our Disney home. It is such a nice resort. We got a Garden View room last time...and it was far away from everything. We will pay the extra $$$ for preferred this time.

We weren't crazy about Sci-Fi, but it had more to do with the our server than anything. It really is a cool restaurant. We LOVE Beirgarten! It is so much fun and the food is fantastic. I am not a beer drinker, but DH got a beer flight and he really enjoyed it.

Have you been able to get an ADR for Be Our Guest? I can't wait to start reading stories from that restaurant. I hope it becomes a character meal at some point...that would be just TOO COOL!

I have already subbed to this PTR. Can't wait to watch as your plans unfold!

We will be arriving June 6th and staying in a Royal Room at POR. We just love that resort. We are also excited about Star Wars Weekends! What ADRs did you get?

Hi all sorry its been so long. Between being sick and Christmas I'm surprise that I have any hair left. Hopefully with the holidays behind us things can get back to normal, yeah right lol.

The Place where we going to call home for week.......The Boardwalk Inn Club Level. With the new promo that came out we could actually do this without breaking the bank.

The dates were going to be June 1-6 but now we are moving back a day to gave us some more time to get down there.

June 2: My birthday HS for SWW
June 3: Is open day
June 4: Animal Kingdom
June 5: Magic Kingdom
June 6: Epot
June 7: Check out day and HS for SWW

Next thing to work on is dinning oh boy lol.

Coming over from my PTR!

We share lots of dates and we will be neighbors!! We have the same off day and June 3 is my DH's b-day (which is our off day).

We also have Sci-fi and BOG the same. We've never tried Biergarten because DH is picky but I hear lots of people who say it's great!

What other ADR's did you get?

Well since I wrote this our days have change like normal.

Sunday: HS SWW
Monday: AK and hopfully wish dessert party
Tuesday: HS and H&V Fanstasmic pkg
Wed: Epot and Germany place
Thurs: MK
Fri: HS

That is for right now but that can change again. We do have park hopper so we not really tied down to any even park on certain day.
