Our first DVC purchase was completed earlier this month and we have our first of two trips next year booked. While the resale process did take some time, it was expected and with our first trip not happening to next year I didn't mind the wait at all.
When I called Member Services to book our first trip the call was answered within 20 seconds and the Cast Member was extremely helpful in the booking processes.
I know we'll have our share of issues over the years, but my wife and I couldn't be happier about our purchase and can't wait for our trip to the Grand Californian next year!
