First timers and have a bit of a different question

So I hope this is the right place to put this but here goes.

I could use some help please.. Im pretty much set on what the plans are for Orlando and we are stoked to be spending a week at Disney World, but I am going to be taking a couple breaks from Disney 1 daytime to go to the beach which I was thinking west coast beach and then one night hit a restaurant somewhere that you can sit outside under tiki lights and listen to the waves while eating dinner which seems like that would be east coast... I am traveling with my girlfriend and 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son and we will be arriving Saturday this week.

Any help on which beach would be best and which restaurant would be best that meet the descriptions would be amazing. as for the restaurant I would like to stay away from the elite super expensive places.
