Amazon deliveries?

If I place an order for an Amazon delivery to my resort what do I need to put in the address fields and where would I pick it up,? Staying at POFQ in April

I've done this several times over the years, most recently this past week.

You'd put the address as:

Disney's Port Orleans Resort French Quarter
[YOUR NAME]-GUEST
2201 Orleans Dr
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL 32830

For non-grocery packages, they'll deliver it to the front desk and then they can deliver it to your room if you ask, or you can go to the front desk and get it. They will charge a $6 fee to your bill either way.

They used to leave a VM on your room phone when a package arrived but that didn't happen for me this week, I had to check Amazon to be sure it was delivered, and then call the front desk to have it delivered to my room.

For groceries, Bell Services will hold it in a refrigerator area until you come and get it.

The BC lost mine so I was one and done. It took multiple calls/FD visits to get it resolved. In fairness, they took care of the issue, but it was a headache and not worth the hassle.
