It was all you can drink, but like I said, I didn't like the wine (merlot and chardonay) and my hubby didn't care for Heinekin (the only brand they were offering), but we loved the mai tais (not sure if they had alcohol in them though, cause we drank a bunch and didn't feel it)

The car service was great. Was only $109 and the towncar picked us up at airport, took us to a Publix grocery store (30 min grocery stop) then on to the hotel. The day we left he picked us up at the hotel and took us to airport. It was only $109 total. We paid the driver that picked us up and he gave us a reciept for the return trip. The only thing not included was the drivers tip, which is up to you.

Thanks for all the info. You wouldn't have the name of the rental agency you used for the town car do you?

Ah - I wansn't sure how close Hard Rock Hotel was, because we never went there, we just passed it on the way to Portofino, which seemed farther away. Our pathway at Royal Pacific came out really close to the entrance to IOA and by Margaritaville in City Walk (our favorite place for happy hour!). I guess the Hard Rock path would come out closer to the Universal Studios entrance, is that correct?

i have been at all three hotels.
with all the times i have stayed at HRH, i have come to adore RPH even more.
the hotel is exactly like you described it.
awesome setting at RPH.

RPH is the closest hotel to city walk and IOA.

if you walk from HRH, the Studios would be closest to them.
if you continued to walk from there to city walk, it is longer to reach City Walk from HRH.

that is not good your meal at Mythos wasn't enjoyable or edible.
if you would have told the wait staff, they would have contacted the manager and he would have corrected the situation by redoing the order or giving all of you dessert on the house.

it is always delightful to hear a homie say they had a great vacation at UO.

thank you for returning and sharing your experiences with us!

Thanks Leslierx for you trip report. Can you please name three attractions that you like best.

The Limo company that we used for the town car was "Florida Tours" they were great. We have also used "Happy Limo" a few years ago. Both were great!!!

My favorite 3 attractions were:

#1 The Mummy

#2 The Hulk

#3 Men in Black

one of these years, we need to agree on a date for a homie meet at universal.

if there are enough of us, we can fill the hotel.........
