Next week we head to WDW for the first time. We are staying at CBR and have 2 questions.
1.) Are there laundry facilities?
2.) Do they provide pool towels?

Hi! Hope you have a great trip.

All the resorts have laundry facilities. Ask at check-in where the closest ones to your building is.

I know the deluxe resorts provide towels. I don't recall whether or not the moderates do. You could always call the resort and ask, but I'm sure someone on these boards will know for sure!

Yes there are coin-operated laundry facilities at your resort.
They are located in each "village". At check-in you should be provided with a map and the laundry will be on it. Advice, from a frquent WDW visiter -- bring your own laundry detergant in a ziplock bag, and dryer sheets.

Pool towels are available at the main pool (themed pool), you should request additional towels daily (to use at the quiet pools -- closer to your room). Call "mousekeeping" when you get settled in your room and ask for a certain # of additional towels daily. Remeber to give them the dates of your stay.
