First Time W/ Fastpass + and Nervous...

I will be eligible to make my FP+ reservations on February 5. It is my family of 7 on one reservation, and we are traveling with my cousin and her son who are on a separate reservation. I have linked my cousin to my account on MDE and can see her reservation and tickets - so am I good to be able to make FP+ for all 9 of us? When I click it all it says is that I will be eligible on February 5th.

When you make the FP+ do they all start on the hour and do they all have to be at different hours? Like can I have both a Pooh and PP FP+ for 10:00-11:00? Or do I have to do 10:00 and 11:00?

Finally, if they are going to change park hours for Spring Break when would they do it? I am still hoping for 7AM EMH (MK) on April 7th and that would change the FP+s that we would need.

If you are all linked, you can make FP+ choices for your whole party. They do not all start on the hour. You will get several time options. Choose the one that is closest to what you want. Once you book it, you can go in and tweak the times.

Yes you should be able to make FP for all of you.
FP do not always start on the hour, some are half past and some even random times like 4:05. They all run for one hour.
You may only have one per hour, so for example you would have your 3 look like this:
Space Mountain 3:00-4:00
Thunder Mountain 4:00-5:00
Splash Mountain 5:00-6:00

Of course you can stager them farther apart if you wish.
When you go on, to book it shows you your options and you check off the 3 you want.
Then a second screen gives you 4 time options. Don't worry too much if none of them are perfect. Just pick one. Once you have them picked you can go back in and modify the times. This the most important thing to note...pick them, then go and modify them.

You can also have some of you go to one thing and the rest of you to another...You can play around with it. It took me a little while but I got the hang of it.
