Instead of summer school this year the GF and I decided to do a little traveling and take advantage of the buy three get two free deal going on now. I haven't been since I was a kid and she has never been so this will essentially be an all knew adventure for us. We are staying at the Anabella June 15th through the 20th. I've read HydroGuy's tips on getting the most out of a summer visit and using the fast passes; any other good tid bits for a couple of newbies?
My big looming question is on a day at Sea World that I added to the package. When I added the tickets to Sea World I was able to add transportation for free. But there is no mention of what that transportation is and whether or not we have to arrive and leave at the park at certain times. I'd really like to take advantage of all the shows that Sea World has to offer but its hard to make a plan when I'm not sure what time we have to leave. Anybody have any experience with this? I'm thinking I may have to call to find out.
My next big question is on food. Being a couple of college students we are looking to keep our food budget down. With the package I got I get one free characters dinning thing and I wanted to do one nice dinner at the Rain Forest Cafe but other than that we wanted to keep things relatively cheap. I'm guessing that pretty much excludes all of the in-park restaurants so are there any good options just outside of it with in walking distance? Also I'll have a back pack so are we allowed to bring in water bottles? I've read topics on here that people mentioned taking water into the park but on Disneylands website they say no outside food or water is allowed in the park.
Thanks for any help!
