First-Time Renter Question

Hi all! I put deposits for my first rental requests through DVC Rental Store on Friday. I'm hoping to do a split stay with 4 nights at the (resorts and dates removed) just after the holiday rush. I haven't heard back about any confirmed reservations after the company put out my request to some owners. Is this normal? Am I too early, or right on time booking 11 months out? Thanks.

I removed your dates and resorts so it wasn’t seen as a rental wanted

In order for them to secure you a reservation they need to have owners with enough points to book at the resorts you want if you are trying for a room in the home resort booking period.

It is possible they simply don’t have any owners who can meet your request yet.
